Terms & Conditions

1. About Popshare
Popshare is an online marketplace that connects people who want to book a space, service or event with the members who offer them. Popshare provides the platform, messaging, booking tools and payment processing — but we are not a party to the agreement made between a booker and a host, provider or organiser, and we do not own, operate or control any listing.
2. Who can use Popshare
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to create an account. You agree to give accurate information when you sign up and to keep your account details up to date and secure.
3. Listings and bookings
Hosts, service providers and event organisers are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings — including descriptions, pricing, availability, rules and any licences, certificates or insurance they say they hold. Popshare does not create, edit or guarantee the content of listings.
A booking is a contract between the booker and the host, provider or organiser. PopShare’s platform-wide cancellation policy applies to every booking. Read the cancellation and refund policy and review the summary shown before you confirm your booking.
4. Payments
Payments on Popshare are processed securely by our payment partner, Stripe. Popshare is not a bank, does not hold customer funds in escrow, and does not guarantee payment outcomes between members. Popshare arranges each booking as an agent between the booker and the host. On paid bookings, the booker pays a PopShare service fee on top of the host’s price, shown before you confirm. The host’s price is paid to the host, and the service fee is PopShare’s own charge for arranging the booking.
If something goes wrong with a payment, contact us at our support team and we'll help you resolve it with the other party.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Refund amounts depend on how far in advance a booking is cancelled and who cancels it. Full details are shown when you cancel a booking. If you believe a refund has been calculated incorrectly, contact support and we'll look into it.
6. Verification and trust
Popshare may ask members for information such as a company number, VAT number or a declaration of insurance. Any "verified" indicator reflects information a member has provided to us and does not amount to a guarantee by Popshare that the information is accurate, complete or current, or that a member holds valid insurance. Always use your own judgement before booking or hosting.
7. Conduct, content and reviews
You agree not to use Popshare to harass, mislead or defraud other members, to post false or misleading listings, or to try to take a booking off-platform to avoid our fees. Reviews should reflect a genuine experience of a completed booking. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
8. Liability
Popshare provides the platform on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of other members, including the condition of a space, the quality of a service, or the running of an event. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as Popshare develops. Where a change is material, we'll let you know by email or through the app before it takes effect.
